For a complete nine-night fast, follow the local Navratri paran after the required Navami observance and Tithi rule shown by the Panchang. How does Sharad Navratri vary by region?

Gujarat centres garba and communal Devi worship. Bengal centres image-based Durga Puja from Shashthi through Dashami. Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala emphasise kolu, Saraswati and Ayudha Puja in differing forms.
